Mali Maria Ntuli is an Ndebele woman from the province of Mpumulanga in South Africa. Together with her family she produces Ndebele Art.
The Ndebele people are world famous for their colourful artworks, especially the murals that they paint on their homes.
Raised in art and crafts they produce finely crafted artworks from murals to beaded objects, traditional jewelry, dolls and animals. They rely on the sale of their artworks for their income.
Mali now lives in Dunoon, a township outside Cape Town, South Africa, with her daughter Jikana Sarah Mudahondo, Jikana’s husband Patrick and their children. Patrick manages their business whilst Mali and Jikana create the artworks.
